Store or Deposit goods that require government affairs/approval like TISI, FDA, etc., while such permits are being processed;
Store or Deposit goods for the best timing or extend Import Tax and VAT payment times;
Repackage or Change package, prior to export or import, to change consignee or BL;
Gather parts internationally and pack for export; and
Establish E-commerce or Tax Free Online shop.
A part that is imported or transferred from other Free Zone is considered to be outside the kingdom of Thailand.

Manufacture or Assemble machinery, machinery components, or skids that have been imported parts for export, or to be used by international firms for export;
Machines that rest in the Free Zone can be tested , and preventive maintenance can be done.
Country of Origin (CO)* for tax reduction could be introduced;
Modification of import goods, machines, or equipment to comply with the government rules or regulations such as TISI can be conducted, or just can wait for government inspection;
Combine with Commerce Free Zone to maximize privileges for either raw materials or machinery;
Perform as a production or modification base in order to change origin of a machine, so that trade barriers can be avoided.
Good or machinery value must have at least 40% of local raw material and labor costs.
